About the Role
About the role
We are currently recruiting experienced and Qualified in behaviours and Mental Health staff to join our team for an immediate start. Location: Central coast, NSW.
Duties involve:
Assistance with household tasks which includes light house work
Meal preparation
Transporting clients to community access and appointments when needed
Working with children and adults on 1:1 and team dynamics
Participation in the shift roster 7x24 as required.
Essential qualifications of the role
Certificate 3 or Certificate IV in Disability, Community Services, Mental Health, Youth Work or other relevant field
Hold a current NSW Working with Children check (WWCC)
Current First Aid Certificate with CPR
National Police check with a minimum of 6 months validity.
Current Drivers licence with own transport and Compulsory insurance
NDIS work screening check
Demonstrated understanding of working with vulnerable people to live their best life
Experience in working with people with Disabilities, Mental Health and Complex Behaviours
Flexibility to work on weekdays and or weekends.
