Psychosocial Disability Support
The Full Story
Psychosocial Disability Support is for individuals living with psychosocial disabilities. Psychosocial disabilities are mental health conditions that affect a person's ability to function in their daily life.
Examples include severe depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or complex trauma.

Our goal is to help individuals manage their mental health conditions, achieve greater independence, and improve their overall well-being and participation in daily life.

At INCA, we go beyond merely offering disability services. Our commitment is to transform lives through NDIS mental health support. We take a holistic approach to ensure each person's unique needs are met with compassion. Our dedicated team of disability support workers is trained in various aspects of mental health care. Here’s how we provide unwavering support:
-
Promoting Independence: We empower individuals to lead self-reliant lives by equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed for a fulfilling, autonomous existence despite their challenges.
-
Enhanced Community Participation: Recognizing the importance of social connections, our experts focus on linking individuals with their communities, helping to build meaningful relationships and a rich social life.
-
Skill Development: Through various programs, we help individuals become stronger and more resilient versions of themselves.
-
Everyday Coping Mechanisms: We provide practical solutions, tools, and strategies for managing daily tasks—such as commuting, housekeeping, and budgeting—to ensure a smoother daily life for people with disabilities.
-
Access to Support Services: We connect individuals with essential services, including health and housing, to create a robust support system.
-
Holistic Support Collaboration: Our collaborative approach involves working closely with service partners, individuals, and their families to address every aspect of an individual’s well-being.
